En tot cas, tinc que dir, que pel que fa al meu blog, és totalment mentida, fals e injust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Espero i desitjo que s´arregli molt aviat aquesta situació tan desagradable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Actualització: Tots els problemes ja semblen estar solventats. Fa relativament poc temps que vaig acabar un projecte que tenia pensat desde ja fa temps i es el següent: un llibre d´escacs, però no com els tradicionals, sino que expliqués la història dels escacs i la seva evolució, així com les seves diferents formes que hi han en el món. D´aquesta manera, tenim a més a més dels escacs diguem-ne tradicionals, el chaturanga, (d´on venen originàriament els escacs), el chaturaji, el shatranj, el xiang qi o escacs xinesos, el shogi o escacs japonesos, el janggi o escacs coreans, etc...........&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tots aquests diferents tipus d´escacs tenen diferents variacions (en la forma de jugar les peces, que es molt diferent als escacs tradicionals, i d´altra banda, també n´hi ha peces noves, amb diferents moviments, que no tenen equivalència als escacs tradicionals), i seria molt díficil explicar-ho aquí. El que si puc explicar és una anècdota relacionada amb l´orígen dels escacs, que també he introduit a la meva obra. Els escacs, com pràcticament tothom deu saber, provenen originàriament de la Índia. Inicialment el joc es deia chaturanga. Posteriorment, els àrabs van acollir aquest joc i van introduir alguns petits canvis. El van anomenar shatranj. S´ha de apuntar però, que el chaturanga i el shatranj són bastants similars.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;S´ha de dir que la Dama dels escacs tradicionals, tal i com avui la coneixem, no existia abans, i rebia un altre nom: alferza . Aquesta peça tenia uns moviments molt més limitats, molt similars al de l´alfil. Però sembla ser que va ser a Espanya, i més concretament a València, a finals del segle XV, en el següent llibre:  “Llibre dels jochs partits dels schacs en nombre de 100“, on es va introduir aquesta nova peça, tal i com la coneixem avui dia, la dama, i va substituir a l´alferza, i va originar els escacs tradicionals tal i com els coneixem actualment. Des de Espanya, els escacs moderns, amb dama, van ser portats a França, Itàlia i als demés països.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resulta una mica contradictori però, que sigui precisament des d´Espanya on es va originar els escacs moderns, però d´altra banda, no s´acullen els diferents tipus d´escacs existents en el món, com si es fan en d´altres països, com el Regne Unit, França, Itàlia, etc........, amb el xiang qi, el shogi, etc.......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tant de bó la situació vagi canviant i poguem disfrutar també en el nostre país d´aquestes diferents formes d´escacs que hi han en el món i que mica en mica es vagin portant divers material, com tauler i peces, llibres, etc.........., cosa que ara per ara es pràcticament impossible d´aconseguir, o si més no, molt díficil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En aquesta obra meva, (que es publicarà tant en català com en castellà, i gràcies a la Editorial Balàgium), es recullen totes aquestes diferents formes d´escacs, així com d´altres jocs de tauler que tenen alguna relació amb els escacs, com ara el go, etc......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rebeu una salutació ben cordial de:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                                                                    Llorenç Maza.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Actualització: finalment no ha pogut ser. Cal escollir la vivenda que millor s´adapti a les nostres necessitats. Per això, cal visitar físicament la mateixa, per tal de comprovar la seva orientació, situació, comunicació amb els mitjans de transport, (trens, autobusos, etc….), la seva proximitat a serveis bàsics educatius, sanitaris, comercials, si hi ha o no zones verdes, la seguritat del recinte on s´ubica la vivenda, etc…… Si encara la vivenda està en construcció i no es pot visitar, cal consultar les butlletes informatives a disposició del públic, que tindrà entre altres dades, les del venedor, les descripcions generals de l´edifici i de la vivenda, amb la seva superfície útil, les zones comunes i els serveis accesoris, etc…….. ; i 2. Aquest segon pas es tant important o més que el primer. Es tracta de conèixer la situació jurídica de la mateixa, per tal de conèixer quin es el seu propietari, si està lliure de carregues o no, si està lliure o ocupada, si està al corrent del pagament d´impostos i/o de quotes de la comunitat, de conèixer si està subjecte a algun régim especial o la seva calificació administrativa, es a dir, si es Vivenda de Protecció Oficial, (V.P.O), o de Preu Tasat, (V.P.T), i coneixer també si hi ha alguna prohibició o limitació per disposar de la vivenda. Per això cal anar a comprovar tots aquests aspectes i d´altres als organismes oficials, etc……., que corresponguin, com ara al Registre de la Propietat, al Registre Mercantil, a la Comunitat de Propietaris, a l´Ajuntament, etc…… Per això, la importància de l´Advocat a l´hora d´adquirir una vivenda es imprescindible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;D´altra banda, a l´hora de vendre un inmoble, no pagui més del 2,5%.
